That could be only a person with enough influence for the daily business: Kash or Henri
I doubt that only one person is able to accomplish this alone. It's more likely that all directors have joined forces with the secret target to take over Telnic and develop the company afterwards. In the meantime they do everything for the impairment of the company.

Very nice! If Telnic wouldn't have locked their forum, probably this forum wouldn't exist - and we wouldn't have found the truth this early.

Your version sounds very persuasively.

But who will be the victims of that? Current shareholders?

If the current directors of Telnic will become the future shareholders, we should have collected enough material for a lawsuit against them.
Together with the current shareholders we could proceed.

Let's watch Telnic closely!

Somewhere I heard, that in some countries could be s a law for the management of companies and even for companies' employees, which sounds something like "acting against of the company's interests".

As I am not from England, so I do not not know do this law exists there or not. May be somebody has some reliable information about this ?

Do you still wonder why Telnic is fighting against Teltalk?
