If I had $35,000,000 of other people's money to fund my software development ideas I'd have a sense of humor as well - in fact I'd be laughing all the way to the bank !

It would be interesting to see the atmosphere in the London office with strongly declining registration numbers and many angry customers who get ignored.

It's a pity, but HULLTV asked the only important question - and there is no answer to it.

Except to call him a troll !

That really wasn't a very professional response to a perfectly reasonable question !

I do wish Telnic/Telnames would RESPOND TO REASONABLE QUESTIONS rather than just insult the question asker - or in my case ban me from the Telnic forum !

The employees at Telnic and Telnames are the same; hence we can't expect a better communication from Telnames than from Telnic.

HullTV is a customer both of Telnic and Telnames - and they call him a troll because of a perfectly reasonable question? That's impudent!

Totally agree - that's NOT the way to treat paying customers unless you want lo lose them forever - and create NEGATIVE PR on the web when they let others know how Telnames respond to perfectly reasonable questions !

I wonder who at Telnames was responsible for the "Troll" posting on Twitter, and whether Kash realises that such disdain for the only thing (apart from a $35,000,000 initial investment) that keeps a company going - PAYING CUSTOMERS - is prevalent in this person posting on behalf of Telnames !

This isn't a problem of a single person at Telnames; it's a general strategy:
Ignoring all critics and shutting them out while improvements don't get considered!
We've observed this for a very long time!

Wibblenut asked Justin Hayward from Telnic why Telnic calls its customer a troll.

Justin Haywood take my picture from facebook i think  very un professional.

The outfit was used for charity work.

Would I do this to my customers ? Don't be silly.

Finally a company that doesn't hide what it thinks about its customers!

This is more than only unprofessional. Something at Telnic is seriously wrong!

Perhaps Telnic should start thinking about producing some software before Telnic starts making broken marketing.

I do wish Justin - job title Business Development and Communications Director for Telnic - would focus on what's really important right now - probably the last opportunity the .tel project will get to avoid sinking into oblivion !

I remember that, too. A Twitter user (not a Telnames customer) complained that he received a very unkind cold call from Telnames.
In reaction Telnames sent some flowers. I doubt Telnames will do it again.

What I don't understand - nothing personal just an observation - is the job title Justin currently holds.

It is Business Development and Communications Director for Telnic !

But, unlike Telnames, there appears to be NO Business Development at Telnic and as we have all noticed NO Communications !

So no wonder Justin needs something to do to keep himself occupied such as tweeting, now all the action is taking place at that "seperate" company Telnames !

Its 6am here now and I am going to work ...this is the real world.. Some talk the talk some just get on with it! And guess what my business is doing well .
unlike telnic or telnames who loss money every single day because mainly bad managment

@Hulltv

Do you know that Justin Hayward is not only trying to humiliate you? He has also committed an infringement of copyrights by the use of your personal image in another social network.
It's your right to send him a cease and desist letter!

PS: When I posted the picture from Twitter on this forum, I didn't know it's you on it.
