Telnic has understood nothing

Post by Tel Future on Thu 20 Feb 2014, 3:51 pm

Aled Williams on 02-14-2014:
We have never provided any guidance that could be construed as advice when people are talking about investments, which is why we didn't respond to this post in particular.
Nobody is asking for financial advice from Telnic.

Our continued aim is the increasing usage of the .tel domain for the purposes of communication, not as a vehicle for transferring financial value.
Increasing usage can only happen with development which has been stopped since 2011.

+ How does Telnic want to survive without financial returns?

We continue to develop the technology for the .tel community, such as recently updating my.tel for use with iOS7. We are also modifying the Community TelHosting Platform with suggestions from the community, such as increasing the number of images on the proxy as was seen last year.
What about real development instead of accomplishing only the workload of 2 days per year?

+ What about the really important suggestions from the community, especially in terms of usability?

We will update the community when any developments occur, but reserve the right not to pre-announce any activities as we did when we first launched so as not to have planned activities be misconstrued as promised deliverables by some more aggressive members of the .tel community.
Nothing can be announced if nothing gets developed.

+ If Telnic has so many aggressive customers, surely it has nothing to do with Telnic!

At least Telnic is kind enough to deprive customers of the enhancements at Telnames. Nobody has the right to be angry about it, because ...

In my experience companies that alienate their customers lose them eventually, then they lose (or fail to gain) their customers friends and contacts who are warned against dealing with such a company, which finally goes bust leaving the unfortunate shareholders with nothing but an empty wallet !

As I said just my experience of observing what happens when companies fail to realise that without satisfied customers you have nothing left in the end (once any initial shareholder investment runs out) !

As I've said before this is one of the great ironies of .tel !

The Company That Wants To Change The Way The World Communicates Is Unable To Communicate Effectively With Its Own Customers !

Still as long as there's money in the bank why worry - but for how much longer will the cash last ?
