Interesting article Cees - only goes to show the value of keeping your content (or links to it) in a location where you have complete control - such as .tel.

I believe one of the Sedo directors said as much the other day - referring to business owners who are quoting Facebook and Twitter pages as where their content can be found - only needs a DMCA action or a Facebook/Twitter charge introduced for their online presence to be in trouble!
