Just wondered how this free setup compared to what .tel offers for a low annual payment

The company has been getting a lot of coverage in the UK financial press recently.

Of course you could say it's like comparing apples to oranges - which I would agree with if there were loads of programs taking advantage of the .tel DNS-stored data to produce their own applications derived from this.

But there are virtually no programs doing this - so we come back to .tel currently being viewed by many users as a "basic website builder" that has click-to-call phone numbers and CTH updating.

Hence my question.
