How often customers have to repeat their wishes before Telnic is willing to read their requests?

I'm very sorry to be frank, but Telnic is the master in ignoring customer wishes. Nobody will say the following requests are difficult to realize and they have been demanded 100 time already:
- Wallpapers
- Picture and video upload in the control panel
- Modernization of the old .tel style from Telnic
- Flexible text and formatting
- Flexible order of content

Your requests above were more or less covered by The .Tel Roadmap

This listed the enhancements to Telnic .tels planned for delivery in Q2 2011 i.e. between 1 April 2011 and 30 June 2011.

The Roadmap disappeared without warning on 1 July 2011 - when complaints were made on the Telnic forum we were told it was while priorities were re-assessed.

The Roadmap never re-appeared - this should tell you everything you need to know about the planned future development of the old-style Telnic subdomain templates !
